Owned by Mick Blythe, Performance 100 is a high-quality private fitness training facility based in Rotherham.

Having access to a facility such as Performance 100, our students are able to see a more personal style of training that differs from the larger more commercial gyms. It allows us to show our students the different types of employment available to them.
