New Healthy Body is an award-winning Pilates and wellbeing studio located in Frecheville, Sheffield. Owned by experienced fitness professionals Clare and Andy Ward, the studio is known for its welcoming atmosphere, expert instruction and commitment to helping people improve their strength, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Getting Here

Walking: The venue is easily accessible from the Frecheville and Birley areas and is within walking distance of several local bus stops.

By Car: New Healthy Body is conveniently located with easy access from the A57 and Sheffield Parkway. There is ample free forecourt parking for learners, along with additional free on-street parking nearby.

By Train: Sheffield Railway Station is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi. Regular bus services also operate between the city centre and Frecheville.

By Bus: Several bus routes serve the Frecheville area, providing regular connections from Sheffield City Centre, Crystal Peaks and surrounding areas.

At the Venue

Food & Drink: You're welcome to bring your own lunch and refreshments. There are supermarkets, cafés and takeaway options just a few minutes' drive away, including facilities at Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre.

• Mosborough Hall Hotel, BW Signature Collection by Best Western: Around 10 minutes' drive away. This is probably the closest full-service hotel and is a popular choice for visitors to the southeast of Sheffield.

• Mercure Sheffield Parkway Hotel: Around 10–12 minutes by car, with easy access from the Sheffield Parkway.

• Premier Inn Sheffield (Arena): Around 12–15 minutes away and a reliable budget-friendly option.
