How You're Taught
Online
The course content is delivered online. You'll be able to work through the course at your own pace with the support of a tutor as and when needed. You'll access the learning materials through our online learning portal, where you'll watch video lectures, read support material, have a go at quizzes and complete written work. All this is in preparation for your practical assessment (micro-teach session).
The Practical Assessment
Your practical assessment involves delivering a planned 15 minute micro-teach session. If you are teaching already and have access to learners, you can record your micro-teach session and send this to us for marking. If you don't have access to learners, we will arrange a time, date and location for you to deliver your micro-teach session to other learners of this course (your peers).
