Terms and Conditions
Booking
A deposit of £100.00 is required to confirm a place on one of our courses. Booking multiple courses requires a deposit to be paid for each course. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of us receiving the booking, failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of the booking.
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, please check the course & assessment dates & consider the course requirements before applying. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the course, the booking can be transferred to a later course where available at no additional cost. If there are no suitable course dates available, the deposit will be lost but any additional fees paid will be refunded.
Except in exceptional circumstances* (medical or personal), cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the course result in the deposit and any additional fees paid being lost.
Once the course has started, refunds will not be given under any circumstances. In exceptional circumstances* (medical or personal), transfer to a later course may be arranged where possible.
Failure to attend a course will result in all fees being lost.
Transfers
Transfers are dependent on the availability of places on future course. If there are no suitable, available places and the original dates booked are no longer possible, then the deposit will be lost.
If a transfer is requested more than 14 days before the start of the original course, there is no charge.
Except in exceptional circumstances* (medical or personal), transfers requested less than 14 days before the start of the original course are subject to a fee of £75.00.

Payment
All course fees must either be paid in full or payment terms agreed with us by the start of the course. Applicants are not eligible to attend their course unless payment has been received or arranged; failure to pay or arrange payment in advance of the course will result in the deposit being lost.
Applicants who are funding their training through an Advanced Learning Loan must complete all required actions and have had the loan approved by the start of the course. Any ongoing issues relating to loan applications must be reported to us at the earliest possible time and before the start of the course.
Resit Assessments
Resits are free of charge if completed during the course.
Resits after the course are also free of charge but there is a fee of £50.00 for non-attendance and further resits will not be possible until this fee has been paid.
