Common questions we get: How can I tell if a training company is any good?

There are different ways you can analyse claims by e.g., testimonials, reviews of Trust Pilot and Google seem popular choices. If the training provider offers funded training, they will have an OFSTED rating. They may also show other best practice standards like Matrix accreditation. And, as previously stated, qualifications should be CIMSPA endorsed.

At Envisage we never claim to be the best, we havent recieved any award for what we do, we simply do our best every day for our learners. Evidence of this can be found in various places:

Trust Pilot - All our reviews on Trust Pilot are 5 stars, that's important to us, but what's more important is the specific feedback we get from our learners, the kind words our learners leave on our reviews are really what keeps us going, continuing to offer a supportive service to people. Ofsted - We have been visited by Ofsted numerous times over the years, our most recent being in 2025. We have been consistent in receiving a 'good' rating with Ofsted, which is quite rare for a training company of our size. This shows that our delivery is very much learner-focused. Matrix Accreditation - We have held Matrix accreditation for over 10 years, showing that we provide a high level of information, advice and guidance to our learners. We always aim to make sure the learner gets the course that they want and need. We often sit and discuss courses at length so that they can make an informed choice, their choice.
